By engaging with BestCare Aged And Disability Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all clients, families, and individuals accessing our services.
2. Services and Care
BestCare Aged And Disability Services will provide care services as agreed upon in the personalized care plan. Services may include but are not limited to assistance with daily activities, medication management, companionship, and respite care.
3. Privacy and Confidentiality
We respect the privacy of our clients and their families. All personal and medical information will be handled with the utmost confidentiality in accordance with relevant privacy laws and regulations.
4. Payment and Billing
Clients and/or their designated representatives are responsible for the payment of services as outlined in the agreed-upon terms. Payment terms, including rates and billing cycles, will be specified in the service agreement.
5. Cancellations and Changes
Clients are required to provide advance notice for any cancellations or changes to scheduled services. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in fees as outlined in the service agreement.
6. Code of Conduct
BestCare Aged And Disability Services expects clients and their families to treat our caregivers with respect and courtesy. Any form of verbal or physical abuse will not be tolerated, and services may be terminated in such instances.
7. Emergency Procedures
In the event of a medical or other emergency, BestCare Aged And Disability Services will follow established protocols to ensure the safety and well-being of the client. Clients and their families will be notified promptly.
8. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services with reasonable notice. BestCare Aged And Disability Services reserves the right to terminate services immediately in the event of non-compliance with these terms or if the safety of our caregivers is compromised.
9. Liability
While BestCare Aged And Disability Services takes every precaution to ensure the safety of our clients, we are not liable for unforeseen events or accidents that may occur during the provision of services.
10. Feedback and Concerns
We value feedback from our clients and their families. Any concerns or complaints should be communicated to BestCare Aged And Disability Services promptly, and we will make every effort to address and resolve them.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12. Modifications to Terms
BestCare Aged And Disability Services reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
